              Matt began his career when he went to work for Power Home Remodeling Group. Within a month, what Power saw in Matt was ambition and a drive to succeed and he was made a team leader and became their top marketing manager for the company.  His attention to detail was second to none which helped him in the management of Power Home Remodeling' s Stratford office. Coupled with this and his dedication coupled with his passion for marketing, Matt helped improve the overall growth of this company.

            After three years at Power Home Remodeling, Matt joined Built Right Home Solutions as their Director of Marketing. At Built Right, he was responsible for everything from marketing and sales to overall management. He also learned everything from A to Z about exterior remodeling, running a small business, and insurance restoration. This led Matt to hire Ramhad Fields and the two teamed up to become an instant duo.

           After two years at Built Right, Matt founded Connecticut Home Remodelers. As the proud owner of Connecticut Home Remodelers, Matt prides himself on his professional demeanor and outstanding work ethic. His goals and ambition for the company has helped push Connecticut Home Remodelers growth since it's founding in 2015.

          His marketing approach for growth is simple: educate potential clients on his company's products by being friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.  The company and it's employees are in great hands with Matt at the helm.
